I am having intermittent problems with the cloud connection. It first runs very slowly then repeatedly kicks me off and I need to reestablish the connection. Happening only c AC on multiple computers at the office and at home. All other internet activity is perfect.
Are any other cloud users having issues??

Problem solved. When I upgraded to 6.6.1 from 6.3.3 they did not upgrade my memory to compensate for the increased need with SQL 12. So, if anyone in the cloud notices a slowdown and crashing when they upgrade similarly, that might be why.
