I have v6.3.3 amazing charts. I recently tried to change my lunch schedule from 1pm-2pm to 1230pm - 130PM everyday and also to change the times of the clinic - lengthen Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoon and shorten wednesdays. The scheduler does not seem to want to accept these changes. It is keeping my old schedule and then merging the times with my new schedule. Currently I have lunch between 1230PM - 2PM and my Wednesdays are the same. Ive tried to fix this but each time I change my schedule I don't get the one that I want. This goes on even for appointment days in 2014 where I have not pt on the schedule. this is horrible.

Also, has anyone had lost patient appointments when they changed their schedule? I am concerned that if it can't get the schedule time for lunch correctly, it is moving patients or losing patient appointments....

It should change to the new schedule but keep appointments that were set on the old schedule. If it is not doing that, it may be worth contacting support

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them
