I go to write my orders and when I get to the orders page , diagnoses are missing and I have to stop and search and put them in. This is a time waster. Support has already been told multiple times and nothing has been done about it.
Any ideas??

I noticed this has cropped up as well. I am not sure why the dx codes are there sometimes and not others.

Have noticed this off and on
The select all diagnosis on the top of the orders is sometimes Checked and sometimes not checked and hence diagnosis does not get on the orders
Is this the same issue?
