My AC often crashes when I am trying to fulfill core 12 and using the letter writter.
I have contact GA and have had no resolution.
I use thin clients in my exam rooms and use remote desktop to connect to the sever.
This started occurring since 6.5.5.
Does anyone else encounter these issues?

We had this issue as well. Our setup is very similar to yours. My understanding was this is fixed in 6.6.1 so I upgraded over the weekend. So far I have not had any reports of crashing since. We did run into issue with where we are getting the following message on 3 or 4 meds: "Cannot Transmit prescription because: metoprolol tartate 50 mg oral tablet: This drug does not have an NDC."
Apparently is is bug with 6.6.1 and being worked on.
