All I have is 99386 and 99396. Can I add other ones like well child checks? I am giving up on waiting for a PM program from AC and trying to see if I can create a superbill. OP Bill Member Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 667 Santa Fe, NM	How does one bill for an injection or flu shot for example without generating superbill? Staff cannot sign off on a note. It appears that giving a vaccine, though it asks for the code in the vaccine page, does not bill for the vaccine. That seems like a bug. Any thought are appreciated.
