Not sure how this thread will go, but since the post on Jon and John produced about three comments on John, I thought we could at least welcome him here. I am not exactly sure what direction Amazing Charts is going, but it will be exciting to find out. Reading his background, he has a lot of credentials.
I'm not sure how many will welcome him, but it will be nice to see.

Welcome John!
Everyone here wants AC and you to succeed. Transition is tough, but we all want you to take AC to the next level. AC has hit a rough patch and the competition gets tougher. Everyone wants iOS for the price of Android.
So good luck and hope you thrive!
I'm sure you will get some suggestions, so here's my single best.
Consider moving the company closer to Boston to attract programming talent as you expand.

Welcome John,
I wish you the very best with your new job, we will be waiting for a long promised (the familiar "coming in 6 months" for 2 1/2 yrs) practice management system from you to go with the Amazing Charts.
At least John, do not lead us to the same state of disappointment, and do not go near the words "coming in 6 months". Get the partner Billing System up and going at your earliest.
Along with mine there are many doctor offices on this board who believed in AC and have waited for long.

This was supposed to be a positive thread about John. If you want to rip on JB, there is plenty of room here. There is going to be a PM that is intertwined with AC. I don't think Jon would promise something to be done in six months that never materialized. That's just not good business sense. He likely thought, based upon past development, it would. But, here we are again criticizing JB. I think JB deserves many accolades, but this thread is about John Squire. I am not telling people what they can write in any thread, but there are two other threads already on the board dealing with JB. If you want a PM in six months, write an EMR. If I had known there was going to be this much of a backlash against Jon based on an announcement about the new president, I wouldn't have agreed to post it.
