Does anyone have expereince with receiving Lab results in AC?
We just had AC onnected to Labcorp via a bridge that they install. The problem is when you import from he labcorp server all the lab results get downloaded into everyones message boxes. It doesn't even specify who the provider was that ordered it. Imagine everyone getting all he lab results. I have been told that AC programmers are working on delivering it to the right provider by their NPI number. But does anyone know a work around for now. Otherwise we must continue with paper results.

My LabCorp lab results only get downloaded into my personal message box, and only via the single computer that is connected with the Hyperlink (or whatever it's called; I am away from my desk).

Of course, I am solo; do I understand that there are multiple docs in your practice? If there are, you could still get everyone's results in one message box (in my experience).

That person could be responsible for forwarding the lab results to the appropriate doctor/nurse.
