Shopping for PM systems
Wouldn't mind official integration with AC. Since scrapping v7 with built in PM, they are supposed to come out with a PM "partner".
Anyone have hints of what systems AC is evaluating for "closer" relations with? I asked AC but no response yet.
I'm currently using Lytec it works well, but double entry.
Lytec has a deal now to upgrade to 2013 with free upgrade next year to icd-10 version, but wondering if i should hold out a bit longer to see what AC offers.
Anyone using x-link with Lytec and AC? Anyone using x-link in general to avoid double entry?

I have Medisoft, which is similar to Lytec. Most demographics cross over, except Race, ethnicity, Language. Have to use shift f12 to crossover data in amazing charts.

July 14 That's when everything has to be working smoothly before the ICD-10 change, just to be ready. Jan 14 That's when your billers need to be trained to start making the transition to a new PM Oct 13 That's when research for new PM, clearinghouse, and interface changes to buying
Maybe that sounds conservative, but unless someone can guarantee me that it will be October, 2015 instead of 2014, I can't imagine giving up double entry until after ICD-10 is going smooth.

Hi Sunil, I was wondering what you mean by medisoft with AC and the F12 button? My staff are complaining about double entry. We enter everything in amazing charts and then copy and paste it into medisoft. How can you transfer it over directly with the f12 function? Do you use x-link or HLA7?

We have been using lytec and AC sync through x-link since 2009. Works great for us. All the claims are ready in lytec when charts are signed in AC.

I have always used Lytec. I was waiting for AC, but cannot wait any longer. Lytec was offering 30% off Lytec 2014 if you pre-ordered by 9/20, so I did. I don't know whether you can talk them in to getting that offer, but if you are interested, I would try ASAP.
