My partner just retired. A new physician is taking his place but is employed by the hospital (not using amazing charts). what would be the best way to manage incoming prescription requests and incoming lab reports for the previous doctor (many of which are now my patients, and many are now my new partner's) as it is now, lab reports are flowing into AC and into the new partner's EHR. Any suggestions would be helpful.

First of all, how do you know which patients are this doctor's and which are yours.
