I have been doing a lot of cleaning up of my imported items this summer. I have come up with a standard list of folder names that we are using for imported items and for updox.

1. Would like to be able to change the name of the folder across the data base-for example
I would like to call Outbound Letters "outgoing letters or outgoing correspondence"
We ended up with 2 different files because the default name in updox was outgoing
correspondence and it was outbound letters in AC. We changed the name in updox and are
collapsing the 2 folders i the imported section.
2. Would like to able to sign off everything in the imported files. There is a function
in the administrative section of AC to sign off, but I think it only works with file
names that came with AC.
3. We use 6.5.6 and have found there are glitches(at least onethat can be worked around)
when deleting items. One glitch is that at times it will say deleting isn't allowed.
If I click off and then right click back on the item, it will let me do so. Another
glitch is not recognizing my password. When that happens I sometimes can just restart
the program and/or computer. At other times, I have to get one of our Angels to help.

I'm curious how you are cleaning up the I.I. Are you going to each patient and deleting or organizing, or are you just working with the file structure.
