It appears that UPDOX is down again this morning. Why is it always on Monday morning?

Up for the accounts I just checked.

However, checking http://status.updox.com/ it looks like the system cycled up and down 3 times in the last the hour.

I do wonder if the peak Monday load is still challenging their infrastructure.

Look at all those alternating red and green lights on the Updox status page.
Come on, Indy..call the fight; give us the blow-by-blow: "He's up. He'e down. Oh my gosh, he's up again. No, wait...another crash."

Updox is giving me a red error box this am when trying to import: "SQL Error". I reported it, but nothing on the Updox "status" page yet.

We had a deploy this morning to help address some performance issues and we introduced an issue which seemed to be mainly affecting Windows XP users (preventing those users from opening Updox). We've already pushed the fix; all you should need to do is just restart Updox, it will update itself and should launch ok.

I apologize for the inconvenience to everyone this morning.

Hmm, I think it's probably unrelated. We can definitely take a look at it, I just tried calling the office but it went to voicemail, you might still be at lunch. I'll try again in a little bit.
