When we have an encounter open, sometimes when we go to remove/add meds from the "Current Medications" window it doesn't "take". When we double click to open the separate meds window, it shows the proper list of medications, but when this is closed, it still shows the old list in "current medications". Does this make sense? Is this a bug? Is it fixed in the newer version of AC?
Thanks!

I had this problem as well. Apparently until you sign the note everything reverts back to the last SIGNED encounter. This includes meds, clinical summaries, assessment / plan-
everything. Once you sign the note the changes are made. I don't know if it is intentional or a bug, but it is a change that takes getting used to.

another annoyance is when you presribe a med before signing the encounter, the med is added to the current med list and it looks as if the patient is on that med already . It should only show up after the encounter has been signed. I have had to go back and edit many times because of this .
