We are being switched to electronic deposits by Medicare but are having difficulty finding out where to get EOB's so can assign payment to individual accounts. Does anyone know where to get these easily - Medicare was very little help.

Steve,

Wait a minute - are you saying that a branch of government was unhelpful?!?

I need to contemplate this so as to take it all in. *begins meditation*

More seriously, I'll reach out to some of the billing company experts we work with to see if I can find you an answer.

Steve,

I did electronic deposits with paper EOBs for years. Unless you signed up for ERA (electronic EOBs) they should still come paper but they are usually received after the electronic deposit.
I am now receiving electronic ERAs through Office Ally but I had to specifically sign up to do that.

We received EFTs and ERAs, but when I do need to look something up for Medicare I use Noridian website. You can look up remits on there, but I believe it's only one at a time.

I'm sorry, I left something out. It's on Endeavor Noridian Healthcare site. Here's a link Endeavor Noridian Medicare
