Until we have the ability to hit a button and send patient summaries directly to the patient portal through Updox (soon please...), can AC at least put the patient medical record number on the clinical summary so John Smith ID number 4500 does not get sent to John Smith ID number 8700? I haven't allowed my staff to send these out, since there it is so hard to confirm it is being sent to the correct person's portal. And easy fix that would help a lot!!!
