Hello. I haven't seen anyone post about this so maybe I'm the only one experiencing it. I haven't gotten 6.5 yet, but had requested to beta test 6.5.4. We have a direct interface (Not X-link) with the PM software TotalMD, which worked fine with 6.3.3. With 6.5.4, whenever we transferred the patient's insurance to the codified format, the insurance policy ID will not show up correctly in the PM through the interface. The Payer ID (the payer number used for electronic claims) will instead show up in the policy box in the PM. Anyone else experience this? Is it doing this in 6.5? I've emailed AC but got no response. I'm already rolled back to 6.3.3.

Is this an interface you made yourself or hired a contractor to make?

No, it's the direct interface that AC has - the HL7 one.
