The lock-in pricing isn't going away just when your credit card changes, it is going away completely. This is cut and pasted from Chris's message of 4/30 2. We released a new EULA (End User License Agreement), which you can read here: http://www.amazingcharts.com/EULA.pdfA few substantive changes were made to the EULA including: a. Name change to reflect our new legal name b. Elimination of ?lock-in? pricing c. Territory restrictions (due to AMA copyright concerns) d. Non patient care (i.e. non-clinician) prospects need to contact us before downloading e. The addition of a Business Associate Agreement Note that our Business Associate Agreement has also been updated to reflect the most recent HIPAA requirements. http://www.amazingcharts.com/BAA.pdfHope this isn't the beginning of the end. I love AC and hate to see the "Transparent Pricing" go away.

I love AC and hate to see the "Transparent Pricing" go away. It isn't. This has nothing to do with changing AC's transparent pricing policy.

I do believe it means the end of the "locked in" pricing, which is long overdo.

Didn't locked in pricing go away a while ago?

I don't think so, but if it did, they are now making it official. And, not a moment too soon as we had a thread about it about a week ago.

Sorry, I missed that thread. I guess I should have gone into peds so I wouldn't have to worry about price increases. The price stability has been a big part of satisfaction. It's like getting in on the ground floor. If they only changed it for new customers, I would feel better about it. There should be some reward for loyalty.

The remaining loyalty benefit is getting a response on Bert's Board. I'm sure that he should only respond to threads from OPs that have an active guardian angel subscription, but I think he's doing kind communication. But, maybe the thread would never appear!
