Hi there, when I am sending another doctor the pts chart, I go to summary, formal record, export, etc. What does not show up is the HM items we have done. Vaccines are on there, but nothing else that is listed with vaccines in the HM area. For instance, we do a HGB on every child at 12 mo. Of course we made a Health Maintenance item for it, so that it will pop up a reminder. The results are in the summary/completed items, along with the vaccines. It does not show up on a formal record export, so I have to type it in or write it in.
