For those of you using the new beta version couple questions:
1. anyone using it with phreesia interface? any issues? 2. with the new check in and check out feature, can someone explain what it does? 3. for practice management, is it only if you are using their billing people? or can you use the PM software part to print out superbills, etc and then do what you want with them?
Thanks

We just started using it this week and had to call Phreesia as the interface needs to be reconfigured. Front desk is too busy transferring insurance info that they have not tried check / out feature We use EZclaim for billing. The way AC exports claims has changed a bit and we are adjusting the way we export the claims.

I haven't seen any advantage of the Check In/Check Out feature that is used by the MA and the doctor. I haven't tried to see if the MA can put in data while you are using the chart at the same time. But, that would be a bit risky I would think.
I believe you can use the Superbill for any insurance company you wish.

RE the PM, At present sitting in the ACUG in LA. Jon B just finished presenting, and basicly indicated that an AC PM module was still a LONG ways off (if at all) and that they were looking at other "potential partners" for PM. Sounds like he had a epiphany as to just how hard it is to do the billing/clearing house integration. My take away: don't hold your breath.
