Can I run an audit log for just one patient and one date of service and print the file out. Healthsprings wants this to for my HMR reports to be valid. They want to see who access the chart and when it was signed off a date and time

Yes, you can narrow the Audit Log by patient, user, and date. This can then be printed afterwards.
