Now, we are getting smaller icons instead of actual documents. I clicked the clear cache tab and it did not help. I called UPDOX and left a message earlier. No response.

This is Sean Ramsey from Updox and I apologize for the recent outages you have been seeing at relatively the same time of the day. We have been working to add more capacity in our data center to reduce the bottleneck with displaying the images we stored on our servers. We are working to bring Updox back online as quickly as possible and resolving the underlying issue as well.

Is there an updox status page on your website?
I think a reason us amazing charts / updox users post here is that we don't want to
spend time troubleshooting a problem that is not on the end users side.

My Updox is working again, but buggy; broken pictures, weird loading, etc. I am hoping they resolve this soon. Updox is a great program and our life-line...when working! When not working, well, we're kind of lost.

Thank you for your explanation and correction of the problems at hand. In twenty years of practice your product is one of the best tools for enhancing efficiency in the office I have ever witnessed. It has been quite revolutionary and I wish I had the genius to come up with this tool that ties the efaxing, secure portal and the AC EHR together in such a fashion, but as you can well imagine when Updox hiccups the old inefficiencies become quite noticeable.
Thanks again for developing and maintaining this product for use in my office so I can not only keep up but excel in these changing medical times.
