I am having problems this morning with the pages appearing correctly. Instead, I am seeing some icons for some of the documents. Clearing the cached pages does not help. Is anyone else having problems?

Yep, same problems here. I have one document I've been holding since yesterday that won't view at all, even when I pull it up as a pdf. Amber

Is anyone still having problems today? I am still seeing icons instead of pages, even with clearing the cached pages file. Has anyone contacted UPDOX besides me?

I've checked a few accounts we manage, and the faxes and docs appear as they normally do.
Do you want to swap test message to see what we both get?
Just drop me a PM or email.

Sorry to hear that, Todd. Not in the office today but I just checked and we have two red lights also. Agree that the Updox people better get their act together and fast.
Turning to drink is completely understandable. Turning to an employed practice? unthinkable.

I got the two blinking lights of death as well. No incoming faxes, which I tested by faxing to myself.

My guess is that they are doing infrastructure upgrades to resolve issues and didn't communicate that.
I've reached out to some of the Updox folks and expect to have some news soon.

I'd love to join in, but we're doing windows updates 6-7 days a week as part of maintenance, so I'm going to have to stick to iced tea most of the time. Also, let's agree to rule out IPAs as a matter of good taste among-st the ladies and gentlemen. *smile*

Hi its Sean again from Updox. You should be seeing green lights again in your Inbox. The process that notifies you when a new fax comes in had stopped and was not showing the badge on the inbox icon or automatically refreshing the page. The faxes were still coming in but unless you manually clicked on the refresh button you would not know they were there. We have written a different alert script to notify us in case it happens again. I apologize for the issues and recognize how much a part of your workflow we have become. We are continuing to invest in our infrastructure and will work harder to get out in front of any potential issues as our customer base has grown significantly in the past 12 months. Please feel free to reply to the post or email directly if you want to discuss it as well.
Regards, Sean Ramsey President Updox sramsey@updox.com

Sean,
Thanks for getting on the board and communicating.
I was worried that I was going to have to match JBS shot for shot.
