I'd love a way to track MVA and L&I /Workman's comp claims. Right now using secondary tab but if they have a second or third accident I have no where to put the info.
Fields I would like:
Ins company
Claim #
DOI
CLaims manager / adjuster
PHone
Fax
Billing address
special notes
And a way to add multiple accidents / injuries
