I have seen that same problem with reminders that stay in the box after I delete them, despite clicking "yes" when asked if I want to delete the message.
With regular messages it seems that if you write an order or a prescription the message gets detached from the patient's chart. If it is then saved or forwarded the original message stays in the INBOX. It s giving me double work.
