I cannot get UPDOX to launch this morning. Is anyone else having similar problems? I did e-mail customer support. Unfortunately, they do not have a phone number listed to call in this problem.

I am having the same issues. I am getting an error box stating "unable to launch application." None of the computers in our office is able to connect. I also emailed Updox support. Last time I emailed them, it took 2-3 days for them to call me back. Hopefully, it is a central issue that will be resolved quickly.

My application launched. There was an initial delay in "downloading application" but it eventually launched. Some fax images are not showing up though.

Just to follow up, we are back up and running again, there was an in-app message sent as well. If you are still having problems with being able to view images, just go to the View menu in Updox and click the Clear Cached Pages option, then refresh the page. Your images should then show up.

Didn't work last evening. Had the hospital waiting on an order and couldn't send.
I did clear cache and resync and then completely restarted the computer from cold boot and no luck. Didn't work for at least 30 minutes. This happens often enough to be very frustrating-especialy because we don't have an alternative way to fax

I don't know if our office had this issue or not as i didn't hear about it but I have to say it is getting harder to get a hold of them when we need them these days.

The question we have to ask is do you want them devoting time to answer the hundreds of emails/phone calls from people wanting to know what's going on or do you want them solving the problem?

For the money I think Updox is doing a great job..I know it is difficult when they are down...but I for one will be sending them a Christmas gift this year...
