we need the ability to merge duplicate patient accounts - using XLink for Medisoft/AC interfacing is sometimes out of synch, and I generate a pt account ahead of XLink creating the pt account;
later, after importing/updating, you will have two accounts for the same pt - one with all the demo data and none of the encounter record, and the original one with the clinic note and imported data, but no demographic data; and both have different account numbers
