A really cool video on hacking computer equipment from pacemakers to smartphones.

The smartphone is hacked by keystrokes, which doesn't seem novel, but wait until you see how it is done.

So what seemed to be one of the most unbelievable plot elements on "Homeland" turns out to be entirely possible (killing someone by hacking their defibrillator and causing a fatal arrhythmia).

Great video. I found the car hack especially disturbing because it seems like it should have been the easiest to prevent (by separating the two systems). It seems ridiculous that a car computer system be designed in such a away that wireless signals used for auxiliary functions (radio, tire pressure sensor) can be used to sabotage essential functions (breaking, speedometer, locks, etc).
