Hello all I have been using e-prescribing on AC for about a couple of years now. I was never told when I was signed up for it about the possibility of getting e-renewals. It only occurred to me today to ask AC support about it. They told me I wasn't set up to use Newcrop, but now I am. When I asked how come I didn't have it to start with, I was told it's because I never asked for it. Does that sound right to you?

When I purchased AC last year, the training team they sent was excellent, all 4 of them. In a week they had everything perfect and we felt so comfortable after we knew all the little tricks and work-arounds. Everything just worked great.
I'm sorry to joke about this.
If I hadn't used e-Rx before and spent untold hours reading this forum, I would not have realized I needed to sign up with SureScripts. NewCrop and AC are just the middlemen.
The money we save on training can leave us in the dark, not knowing what we don't know.

I wasn't aware that I had to activate it to get the refills electronically either.
I only found out because I called to find out why I wasn't getting the electronic renewal requests.
