Hello, I cannot figure out how to export a CCD (the upgraded CCR) in .ccd format. They come out in .xml format. The video says to edit the settings under admin:tools:edit ccr setting, but this doesn't exit in my version (states it is latest). Are the support videos just ahead of the program?
Also, does anyone know how to export all active patient CCD's (or CCR's) in PDF format without doing them one by one?
Thanks.

Hey I just went in manually in Windows Explorer to where the file is saved and changed the extension to .ccd. I was able to import into another EMR. While we're on the topic, there doesn't seem to be a good way to export a patient's encounter history to another EMR in a way that populates the new EMR with the info as prior encounter. It just saves it as imported sheets. Pretty much as if I had exported them as PDF. I don't know about mass export. Let's see if someone chimes in with some help.

Khaled, so you changed the .xml to .ccd and it worked? I thought I tried that but it may have been to .ccr.
Thanks, Sharon
