I recently generated a letter for medical evaluation of a patient prior to surgery and found that the letter was over 10 pages long. The letter writer had repeated the social and family history. Is this happening to anyone else.

On a different patient, I completed my note. Later, I went back to check my plan in the progress note section) and found that once again the my social and family hx had been repeated multiple times and my physical exam, assessment and plan were cut off.

Has anyone else had this problem??? This could be a major problem.

Frank, what version are you using? I seem to remember that this was a bug that was fixed, perhaps with 6.3.3.

Frank, you are either wrong or a VERY special user. (I would call you "pre-alpha").

Jon,

look at the top of this thread.

AC has not figured a complete answer yet.

Sorry, Frank... I misunderstood. I thought you were saying that she had resolved the problem, and I was asking how she resolved it.
So which version are you on?
