Using updox to import scanned insurance cards, registration forms.

Even though they are assigned to "non-medical" category, I get a message for each one. There's nothing to sign off, but I have to delete the notification message. Any solutions?

Make sure who ever is importing using Updox is checking the "sign off" box.

Trick was to unselect notify physician thanks !
