Didn't know you could split points. I think I gave all to Rob. I "Robbed" peter to pay Paul, as it were. Again, not my business (then why am I making it mine?), but I feel like the other expert really deserved some points. You can always go back and post another comment thanking him and telling him you meant to spread the wealth. And,the Vikings are a good choice, lol? One of these days my Dolphins will make a run for it. Just watch. In 2018.

I'm with Bert. I have more of a general knowledge of many things rather than a heavily specialized one like Rob. He probably started before I was even born haha.

OK - here's a question that's not getting much traction, even at EE. This is in regards to Outlook 2010.
Is there an easy way to export email account *settings* (not the data), such as POP/IMAP settings, ports, User Names & PW's?
Exporting/importing data is no problem. But if you have a multitude of email addresss, having to set them all up again on a new machine is a PITA.

http://blog.sembee.co.uk/category/Outlook.aspxhttp://www.sembee.co.uk/Here is what I would do. Whether you have the question already or you are going to post one, go to both these sites, find the email address and ask Simon if he would be so kind as to help with the question and send him the link to your question. I would address him as Sembee2. It is a long story, but when he was Sembee, he was a god. He still is only his points are down but he is still attaining them at a rate that is beyond believe. Sembee2 (now) may be one of the top experts in Exchange Server there is. He writes blogs with Microsoft. When he was Sembee, he was the highest point getting by far, know to all as the most successful and smartest expert on EE. My guess is if he does check out your question and post answers, he will answer it blindfolded. His aliases are Sembee, Mestha and Sembee2. But, currently, he goes by Sembee2, so I would address him that way. This is the only email address I could find. contact @ sembee.co.uk

I think you can export the registry key: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
If you're using 2013, they moved it to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15\Outlook\Profiles

Has there ever been a true running/passing quarterback that has succeeded in the NFL? Not scramblers such as Fran Tarkenton or Steve Young.

If you're using 2013, they moved it to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15\Outlook\Profiles I'm assuming "HKCU" is shorthand for "HKEY_CURRENT_USER". That entry doesn't seem to contain the info. However, I do see HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\ 14\Outlook\Profiles I'll try that later today, although at this point, I feel that I'm hijacking the thread. One of the gurus on EE is suggesting a paid product, so clearly, this pursuit isn't trivial.

Can't remember. Did you post the URL to the EE question.
Also, always a good idea to back up the registry first.
And you are correct about HKCU.

Don't worry about the hijacking. This plane was taken to Cuba by force a long time ago.
A couple of things:
1. Could you put your first name as an autosig. Easier to address you that way.
2. Can you post the URL of your question on EE. Don't worry, I won't ask for all of them. Just when it pertains to this question.
Thanks.

Is it that difficult to re-add the POP/IMAP accounts? Usually I just backup the PST and re add the account. You just specify the old PST as the data file when you readd the account, and it won't download the emails again.

No, it's not that difficult, and that's what I've been doing. That's probably what I'll continue to do. Re-inputting settings for about 7 email accounts is a bit of a PITA, but I only have to do it once every couple of years, so it's no big deal.

Ok, good. Seahawks will win Super Bowl next year. It's not about runner vs. classic pocket passer. It's about intelligence and more importantly, *poise*. The kid at Seattle seems to have the *it* factor.

Russell Wilson is good, but he is not a pocket passer. They won't get by Atlanta or San Francisco next year who will win in spite of their running quarterback.

Have to disagree. One day (soon), a run-so-I-can-pass quarterback (I'll call them hybrids) will win a Super Bowl in convincing fashion, and the landscape will change. Actually, it's already changing.
Now, we have to distinguish between a run-and-pass-if-I'm-forced QB (like Michael Vick), and run-so-I-can-pass QB like Wilson and Kaepernick.
Actually, I think the best QB in the league is Rodgers, who blurs those lines.
Seattle could have, and should have, beaten Atlanta if they hadn't spotted them 21 pts with sloppy play. They were the better team. And they absolutely dismantled SF a couple of weeks before that.

The "hybrids" keep winning and getting hurt and not winning a Super Bowl.
I agree Rodgers is the best, but no blurring there.
One of my pet peeves, and announcers do it all the time, especially radio, "So and so team is 7 and 5, and they could easily be 10 and 2. They have lost three games this year by a combined 4 points!" Of course, they forget to mention the two they won by 2 points.
It is true that Seattle would have won had they not spotted them 21 points. But, they did. One way to be a better team and win a game is to not spot your opponent 21 points.
Seattle had a great team this years, but the team with the most points whether spotted or earned at the end of the game wins.

Yes, your points hold water. But there is one thing you are perhaps overlooking: their relative youth/inexperience. With one more year's worth of experience under their belts, they may not make the same mistakes next year.
Speaking of peeves, we should really start a new thread, lol.

You're right as well. As long as you don't throw Tebow in there. Although I do think he takes way too much flack (sp?). It's not his fault he was drafted by Denver and traded to the Jets. Besides, I am a huge Gator fan any way.
I still don't see why someone has made him a tight end or some type of slot tight end.
And, with hijacking, the thread has to be kinda active on the original subject, which this one started, what, a year ago. But, no more football, and we will call it good. I'll give you the last word since I brought up Tebow, lol.

Tebow is terrible. The trades are just a marketing smoke n mirrors show. I don't think any coach in the NFL believes for a second that he's a viable NFL quarterback. I don't know what his 40 time is, but I don't think he's fast or athletic enough to play any kind of receiver role either - maybe a smallish 3rd down package tight end, I suppose. I would imagine his hands are suspect as well. He is a prime example of just how wide the chasm is between NCAA and NFL success.
I'd still argue that it's about intelligence and poise. Another example - Jay Cutler. He's your prototype NFL QB: big, with a canon of an arm. But he's not smart, cool, and poised enough to win a big game. That's despite his Vanderbilt resume.

Agreed. But, Jay Cutler is no Drew Brees. Another stupid Dolphins non-trade. Drew Brees and Wes Welker could have done some damage.
Jay Cutler is too cocky and sensitive to make it in the NFL. Well he is making it, but..
I still think that Tebow could make it at some position. I know this sounds weird, but he does have a tone of heart.
I still have to go with Joe Montana and Dan Marino. I know I said you can't make excuses, but he really did need a running back Delvin Williams with 12 years under his belt doesn't cut it. Tony Nathan had a ton of heart too.

I'd probably take Brees over anyone except Rodgers.

Even though I think that T.O. played with Jeff Garcia and possible Steve Young, Joe did have the benefit of having John Taylor, Roger Craig, Dwight "The Catch" Clark and that guy...what's his name...shoot...ummm, oh yeah Jerry Rice, the greatest wide receiver of all time (Randy Moss, notwithstanding). How could one account for Roger Craig (who coming out of the backfield was second to none) when you had those receivers on the field. And, even Wilson was someone you could throw to. Bill Walsh also invented the West Coast Offense when an assistant with Paul Brown, a coach who I think was fairly decent himself. And, Coach Walsh invented the 15 to 25 scripted offense plays to start the game. Joe Montana, even in this environment, won four Super Bowl titles, 3 Super Bowl MVP awards and two AP NFL MVPs, all without the luxury of a Janet Jackson halftime show. So, yes, he was the best ever.
