Has anyone else experienced the following problem... when a message is sent to a groupbox, such as groupbox providers... when someone opens that message, they are asked if the message should be deleted. However, if they say yes, it still remains in the groupbox, and they must manually delete it. This happens continuously, and it causes a lot of confusion, because a message may be addressed, but it still remains in the groupbox.
