I wonder if other people are having this problem. When I open any one of amazing charts' tab other than most recent encounter, the screen only occupies 2/3 of the screen available, even when the window is maximized. It makes the pdf viewer window in the import tab useless and I have to use the default reader to open the files. It is not as much a problem in the other tabs: past encounters, demographics, summary sheet, or account information. I have noticed this in the past but it was intermittent and used to get better by rebooting the computer, but now it won't. This happens in more than one computer in the office, but it is worse in the server which runs MS windows server 2003 R2. I have noticed this problem on other computers in the office running xp pro, not just the server. Any ideas?

This is annoying and here is the way to work around it. You have to go to a patient in your inbox and right click to open a section of the chart - say "Most recent encounter". THEN close that chart and go to ANOTHER pt's chart and open "Imported items". THEN close that chart. Go to another chart and open yet another portion of the chart that you dont want to be small, like the "summary sheet"... OK, once you've done this, you should be good to go on any pt and any portion of the chart... that is until you close AC again, then the ritual must be repeated. You also cant perform the ritual if you've already boo-booed and opened more than one section of a pt's chart. You have to close down AC and start over. So, this is the ritual of the Large Chart... I pass it on to you my friend.

That is a truly worthy workaround. I am very impressed. There is great wisdom in the rituals of your people, Great Chief!
I didn't realize the displays could be made that large.
Not only is that a very excellent workaround, but it is a very reproducible BUG. I believe that reproducibility increases fixability. We need to turn this in to the Amazing Charts folks.
I will email a link to this thread to them via the "Report a bug" feature of Amazing Charts, and see what happens.

Speaking of reproducible. Could you explain in more detail or am I just never experiencing the issue? I don't seem to be having this problem. Or maybe I am, and don't know it?

Bert, I was experiencing it and didn't know it. I assumed that the display I was getting was as good as it got.
Just do the Large Chart Ritual on one PC, and don't do it on the other, and then compare the displays when you change tabs. The data fields expand to fill more of the screen.

You have to go to a patient in your inbox and right click to open a section of the chart - say "Most recent encounter". Since I am really trying to reproduce this, do you mean "inbox" or "Patient List." Because, when I right click on patients in my inbox, I and click on one of the sections such as Summary Sheet, I get an error message. @Brian, I don't think it will get better for me. All of my displays reveal 100% of the window 100% of the time. I don't think this happens to everyone.
