NewCrop Partners, Surescripts has notified us that they are experiencing data center issues. This may result in some users seeing slow transmissions or limited connectivity. Surescripts drug history and formulary information may not be available. Surescripts is currently working to address these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I guess this explains why nothing is going through. The pharmacy tells the patient that it isn't them, it's us. It isn't us....it's them. We have to spend twice the time and clicks doing everything twice and the patients are entitled,rude and obnoxious on the phone and in person because they are inconvenienced....wonderful. I don't like being treated like a servant. None of this was my idea...I'm just trying to provide the best care I can and survive.

Update:
While we have not been contacted with any E-Rx transmission issues this morning. We are still waiting for an official word from New Crop and Surescripts.
