I have recently experienced, with 6.0. ** upgrades, that Social History duplicates itself, some time multiple times in the chart. If you do not check it, there can be more than 10 copies of it. same history, just repeated again and again in that box. Embarrassing when you send the note to other provider.
Any one else exp this and any solutions??

I've noticed it happens when the Tobacco autofill history is at the top of the Social history. Take out that part and put it at the bottom and the duplication issue usually stops.

Hello,
I see that you mentioned using Amazing Charts version 6.0.x.
In version 6.0 there was a bug that if you turned on "Time Stamp Chart Fields" it would cause duplication in the Social History field.
To fix this in version 6.0 you will have to turn off Time Stamp Chart Fields.
To do this click on "Edit" - "My Preferences" - "User Preferences" - "Documentation Preferences".
Then uncheck the box for Time Stamp Chart Fields.
Or you can upgrade to version 6.3.3, the bug has been fixed in the newer version.
