Getting a message telling me to set up the erx, but we have been using it for a long time. I just did some refills earlier today. Anyone know what's up or down?

1. You could try Admin | eRx bottom right (make sure everything looks OK, which I am sure it will) | Bottom left click on Account Administration | Select Dr./Staff (top left} | Admin
This will give you quite a bit of information.
2. Online services | Electronic Prescribing (both from main AC window) | Select Dr. | Admin > gets you to the same place
3. Support should be able to help
