Hi,
Right now, we are having to double enter all the billing and payments to our old practice management software so that we can get meaningful A/R reports, etc. Is this what everyone else is doing? How tightly does something like Medisoft integrate with AC? Will it eliminate the double entries?
Thanks.

Last time we checked, it was 4 months out, after being slated for an October 2012 release. If stuff like Medisoft doesn't integrate tightly, why not use a canned package like Quickbooks?
Any thoughts?

I have had American Medical Software for several yrs (I don't necessarily recommend it). We double enter everything. I would have considered getting something that integrates c AC a long time ago but this PM piece has been hanging out there encouraging me to hold on. I hope it happens soon. It certainly seems like it is getting closer so you might be best served by stalling a while longer and see if AC does actually come out with a PM piece.
