We are about to get a Labcorp interface set up as one of our secondary labs and notice the agreement states we would be responsible for all maintenance, support and service fees that may be required by vendor (ie: AC). Anyone out there with a Labcorp interface that has been hit with unexpected fees as a result of getting the interface installed. Also may need to mention Labcorp is installing at their expense. Our experience with other labs is when interface not importing we call them directly and they get it fixed on their end.

We have had a LabCorp interface for 3 years or so, rare problems, LabCorp always fixes them, usually remotely.
No cost to us at any time.

If you do not pay for AC Guardian Support then the 500 lab fee is yearly - makes you wonder why anyone would not buy guardian support. They put that in to cover themselves if AC charges, but they do not.

We have had the interface for a few years; installation cost paid by LabCorp and no subsequent fees have been requested. We do periodically have trouble with the interface, and while support from LabCorp is not always swift, they do fix the problem.
