Do you have administrator rights on the computer?
What operating system are you running?
Have you tried reinstalling .NET Framework 2.0?

If the "Run as Administrator" option is not available, then one of the following are probably true:
* If XP, the Secondary Logon service is off.
* If Win7, the Secondary Logon service is off, UAC is turned off, and he is logged on as a Standard User.
The second scenario is most likely. I really HATE IT when so-called tech people tell users to turn off UAC. I truly do.
User Account Control is your friend, people, not your enemy.

Hello,
We had this very same issue come into Guardian Support today. The problem was resolved by running Windows Updates and rebooting.
If this does not work for you please contact us right away.
Thank you for your continued support, Craig@AC
