New Crop is back to normal again:
The technical issue has been isolated and resolved, and the system is back to running normally.
We experienced an ESX server error, and the failover process did not properly initiate. This temporarily brought two web servers offline, and we routed all traffic to the remaining server. All servers are now operational, and we are working with Sungard to investigate the failure of the system to automatically reroute traffic.
