When charting a PPD we go into patient summary, injections & then screenings & tests. Does this sound like the right place to be documenting skin tests (and results) or has anyone found a better place?

The best way we have found to record PPDs is to document under Health Main>Injections(nonHM). When reading the test, click on the entry for the date you gave the test then enter the result in Comments.

I see Patient summary --> Injections. But, I do not see screenings and tests.

You have both actually described the same place:

In Version 7 they have added codified injections under non HM - TUBERCULIN PURIFIED PROTEIN DERIVATIVE.. this will allow you to enter it and then search for it later.

Thank you all. We have not upgraded yet. Dr. Howard and I are actually talking about different places in the HM screen. We have actually been imputing them under screenings and tests not injections (non-hm).

When the PM version comes out and you upgrade - you will go in the non-HM injections and use codified - it has depo provera, cyanocobalamin, PPD,etc and enter it - then you will have searchable data.
