I am using AC version 6.3.3 & having problems when I use the write order section to make a referral to another physician -- the patient demographics & the ICD-9 print without difficulty however the name of the physician that I am referring to and any notes that I put by his/her name in the selection box do not appear on the printed copy. However, it does put the physician's name and ICD codes for the referral and the plan section of the patient's encounter form ( but nothing that I put in the area next to the doctor's name ). I have noticed this problem only since the last upgrade to version 6.3.3

Is anybody else having this difficulty?

Yeah, I noticed it when we first switched over. If the name of the consultant is in upper cases, it seems properly configured to print immediately but if its in normal type, I have the same issue with you. The way I get around it is to save the order and once I'm done with the chart, I just print the order from the main screen and it prints normally.

Known bug
If you link the Rolodex it works for the referrals in the Rolodex.
