I've meaning to ask this for awhile now.

Not infrequently, I'll be in someones chart and then want to go to imported items. I click over, and it's empty. Nothing shows up. I have to forward the chart back to myself, then reopen it. This time when I go to the imported items, everything is there again.

Why? And how can I prevent it. It really is a frustrating time waster.

I have experienced the same problem. Instead of closing the chart, I click on the square that says "click here to import a new item", which pulls up the import new item screen. I cancel that and then miraculously the imported items appear where they should. I have grown so accustomed to doing this, that I had forgotten about this glitch. It was very disconcerting the first time that happened to me. We have recently had a problem with only one computer where certain people (not everyone) are unable to open ANY imported items. We are not exactly sure of the problem, but believe that the computer was shut down accidentally while some of those people were still logged on. All of the other computers work just fine. Are computers fun?:-)

Oh good...it's not just me or our system here!

I'll try this work around and see if it's faster than my resaving the chart and reopening.

Thanks David.
