Is anyone else having problems getting a response from Updox? I have sent 3 emails, one per week, over the past 3 weeks with no response. I am trying to be patient, as my issue is not urgent, but would like some sort of acknowledgement of receipt. I am paying more for their service than I am for AC, so would expect a little better support. If no reply soon, despite my office staff's love for Updox, I may be canceling.
