I always had old prevnar and new prevnar 13 in my system; when entering older "given elsewhere" vaccines I of course use old prevnar 7 alot- yesterday it just disappeared from my whole system!!!
I have tried pneumococcal and pcv, too.

This is still a problem. How am I to document prior Prevnar 7 that was given?

We use prevnar 13 and write in the comments that it was a 7 given
