I don't know if the other doc in my practice is inadvertently changing the prices of our cpt billing codes, but the prices have been changed on a random basis recently. I first noted our 99214 was changed to $75 . Today my biller says our 99212 was changed. It has happened with other codes also. My biller does not always catch it [which is another issue] and the get sent and of course approved for payment [underpayment].

Is there a way to 'lock' in those prices so nobody except the admin can change them ?
