question: I added a HM screening; but I don't want it to keep popping up on everyone's chart as something that needs done. I don't want it to pop up on anyone's chart; but I want it there so I may choose it when I need it. So that it shows up under the immunization/summary area.
so I put under the minimum age "0", maximum age "0", etc. using all zeros.
sometimes it appears on all charts, sometimes it never appears and I can't even bring it up or find it.
ideas?

If you don't want it to come up on everyone's screen, you need to define some parameters. Age is one parameter but diagnoses can also be used. So I put in a health mnt to remind nurse to do EKG every 2 yrs on all patients with 401.1, 250.00, etc.
