I tried to do the online chat with guardian support this morning and got the following message:
All Guardian Angel Support representatives are currently unavailable. If this is an after-hours emergency (i.e., your database has crashed and you have patients waiting), you should call us at (866) 382-5932 and leave the details of your emergency. Otherwise, please leave your information here and we'll get back to you as soon as we return.
I have tried several times since and received the same message. Is this a new thing? I have always had an option to wait for support, though it can be slow. I am wondering if I should call instead?
Thanks, Amber

Hi Amber,
I am sorry that you cannot get through to us today. We are trying our best to deal with the high call volume. With that said, can you please provide me with your contact information so that we can reach out to you?
Thank you, Darryl@AC

@John, I have always done chat. Do they put your call in a queue? If so, everyone would get through. If it is random, then you may get a call in half an hour, while someone else can't get through at all.

John, Is response time based on post count? Inversely. They don't want to read my whiny posts when a bug appears.

The chat was giving a response "No reps available", and suggested calling and leaving a message if urgent. It was urgent ... my receptionist was going to remove my head if the Windows configuration popups didn't go away.
