When adding a prescription, it will automatically go to the top of the "plan" box, is there a way we can put the prescription and the bottom of the note in the "plan" box? We put all treatments in "plan" and sometimes we may have two different treatments and we want the prescription to be with the correct treatment instead of at the top of the entire note. Is this possible?

The only thing you can do is manually cut and paste it where you want it to go.

And if you try to type into the "plan" box, the first letter will always drop to the end of the note!

Only way to type the "plan" is to open the "enlarge textbox", unless you start after a prescription.

I had a similar, but slightly different approach - Below you will find part of a list of suggestions I sent to AC a few months ago.

10 ."Plan" should record orders and medications IN THE ORDER they are written (not in reverse order)

Currently, diagnostics and medications are recorded in PLAN in the REVERSE order the provider conceives of and orders them; the first thing order appears at the BOTTOM of the list; the last is at the top. This necessitates rearranging the order of the planned interventions to provide a logical print-out for the patient

For example, if I first ordered a diagnostic test (MRI of pelvis and thigh) then I gave her an "as needed" medicine, Lidoderm, and then prescribed her on a titrating dose of Neurontin beginning with 100 mg tablets, and then increasing to 300mg tabs

PLAN in amazing charts records these in the reverse order in which they are conceived where 300mg neurontin appears first, and diagnostic MRI appears last).

This is important because written instructions are also printed in the reverse order (first plan thought of is recorded at the bottom, last plan is recorded at the top) which necessitates having to rearrange the order to prevent a coherent plan for the patient. It would be most helpful if amazing charts recorded diagnostic tests and prescriptions in a "top down" order such that the first thing we order is at the top of the page, and the last thing we ordered is at the bottom of the page.

I agree, this is a nuisance.
