I have been trying to sync my iphone with the database but get a message that looks like it is looking for a file on the pc that is not there... Unfortunately, I am at home and not in front of the error message but it cannot locate an .exe file of AC... it appears to be on the PC side.. Anyone else have a problem like this? I will get the exact file it is looking for next time I try to sync... Had not planned on posting about it but thought I would give a shot before I call Guardian Angel.

Don't know if it's the same issue you are having, but I had a similar "cannot locate server" issue after upgrading to 6.3.3 on a new computer. This process seemed to solve the problem: Open AC as an administrator-->click VIEW-->Administrative Options-->Interfaces-->iPhone-->follow steps for AC OnCall App.

We recently tried deploying AC on Call on our network. After setting up the backend, the iPhone still would not connect. Spoke to a tech support person, who wanted to install some .exe files on the server. I said, "Let's slow down. Installing .exe's on the server makes me nervous..." He then asks what iOS we are running. I replied "version 6." He says, "Oh, AC on Call has difficulties with iOS 6." I read that as, "Don't bother trying to run AC on Call with iOS version 6."

You would think that "What version of iOS are you running?" would be the first question...

I have same problem. Service tech initially said that my iPhone is on Sprint and office has Internet thru Verizon, so it will not work. I asked him if he was serious and the if he really knows how stupid his explanation is?

Then he changed his message. Asked what version I am using on iPhone. He stated the App does not work on IoS 6.01. It was very poor and pathetic service from AC. Never experienced that ever before, always excellent service
